University of Pittsburgh - Assembly Room
This multi-purpose room for the University of Pittsburgh is located in the heart of campus at the William Pitt Union. As a primary location for student programming, this room serves a multitude of events including dinners, fashion shows, comedian acts, movie showings, the annual Student Sustainability Symposium, Pitt Spa Day and more. The University desired a design more sympathetic to the historical architecture which was originally the Hotel Schenley that opened in 1898. Renovations include updated floor, wall and ceiling materials, state of the art audio/visual design, as well as acoustical and mechanical upgrades.
