200 Industry Drive

Findlay Township, PA

Services: Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

Project Narrative: Designed and constructed in 1996, the three story, 70,000 square foot speculative shell building first served as Dick's Clothing & Sporting Goods headquarters. The building presently accommodates lease spaces for three separate tenants.

The building's central core, housing all vertical circulation is emphasized at the exterior with a strong curtainwall element, capped by a transparent industrial metal screen. Glazed curtainwall and opaque masonry bays alternate rhythmically, allowing natural light to enter the interior.
